Among the most common examples are software developers, specialist engineers, and cybersecurity experts. Contrary to what one might assume, tech profiles are not the only shortage candidates \u2014 this also applies to senior management positions and specialist professional experts, for instance.   <\/p><p>Today, virtually every organisation is affected by recruitment difficulties \u2014 shortage profiles being but one aspect.
