This concept include <strong>every stage of the relationship between the employee and the employer<\/strong>, from the recruitment process through to departure. It therefore concerns: onboarding, professional development, internal communication, working conditions, offboarding, and more.  <\/p><p>To offer a positive employee experience, it is important to invest in organisational culture, training and development opportunities, the quality of relationships, and employee recognition and reward policies.
