How it all began...
In 2004, Antoine Perruchot and Rémi Dherbecourt founded Keyman, a Top Management recruitment agency based in Lille.
What they did not know at the time was that Keyman would become the first company of the Batka Developing Talents group.
A few years later, Manuel Perruchot joined his brother Antoine. Driven by a shared passion for human resources and entrepreneurship, their people-centred approach and commitment to their clients and candidates quickly set them apart.
Over time, the Perruchot brothers met leaders who shared their passion. Each encounter and each collaboration inspired the creation of new companies dedicated to human resources. Together, they shaped the Batka project: “Supporting the growth of organisations through the recruitment of their talent, the development of their people, and HR advisory services.”
Today, Batka brings together 12 HR companies and 160 Batkaïens, united by the same values and driven by the same passion.
20 years after the founding of Keyman, the adventure continues, fuelled by our entrepreneurial spirit and our commitment to supporting our clients in France and abroad.
